These fluctuations followed the publication of results that were deemed to be below expectations, <strong>particularly in the first quarter in April, when sales fell by 3%<\/strong> on a comparable basis compared to 2024. The share price fell by more than 8% the day after the results were published, and the recovery was slow. The second quarter was hardly any better for Bernard Arnault&#8217;s group, which only managed to rebound in the third quarter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The sharp fall in the share price in the middle of the year can also be explained by the <strong>dominance of Herm\u00e8s<\/strong>, whose share price even temporarily surpassed LVMH in terms of market capitalization the day after the first-quarter results were announced.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<br \/>\n\t\t<section data-elementor-type=\"section\" data-elementor-id=\"113401\" class=\"elementor elementor-113401 elementor-101048\"
