Luxus Magazine takes you on a journey through the gastronomic spots celebrating this luxury mushroom, a favorite delicacy on year-end tables.<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For the past few weeks, depending on the region, truffle season has begun, much to the delight of restaurateurs and diners alike. The Carpentras market in Vaucluse (which accounts for a third of the truffles consumed in France) has welcomed industry professionals since mid-November, establishing seasonal price benchmarks for other markets across the country: \u20ac150 per kilogram as of November 21, 2025, according to the Carpentras website. On December 5th, this historic market will open to the general public. Given the season, prices are expected to rise quickly due to strong demand. There\u2019s also \u201cL\u2019Atelier La Maison de la Truffe\u201d at Galeries Lafayette on Boulevard Haussmann, offering a more street-food\/gourmet take on the black diamond.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Chez Julien<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the 4th arrondissement, Chef Helmi Derbal highlights truffles in several dishes at <strong>Chez Julien<\/strong>: summer truffle risotto, linguine with truffle mushroom cream and truffle pearls, truffled deviled eggs\u2026 In addition, many plates offer truffle supplements to explore the flavors of this exceptional mushroom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Truffes Folies<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the 7th and 8th arrondissements, <strong>Truffes Folies<\/strong> has been elevating truffles for over 15 years.
