It will feature the unveiling of an exclusive Ifop Group x Luxus Plus study, as well as round tables, keynotes, and tastings.<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For this <b>first edition<\/b>, <b>LUXUS PLUS<\/b> is pulling out all the stops by offering you an extraordinary experience on <b>Tuesday, November 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/b> in the refined setting of the <b>Morning Concorde (H\u00f4tel de la Marine)<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Various highlights, entirely in English<\/b>, are expected, including an <b>opening speech by Claire Domergue<\/b>, <b>founder and editor-in-chief<\/b> of LUXUS PLUS. This will be followed by a <b>preview presentation by R\u00e9my Oudghiri<\/b>, <b>sociologist and CEO of Sociovision<\/b> (<b>Ifop Group<\/b>), of the <b>first exclusive international study co-produced by the IFOP Group and Luxus Plus<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Two round tables<\/b> will then be <b>moderated by Maud Lagarde<\/b>, another luxury expert who previously worked at Louis Vuitton. It should be noted that <b>two keynotes, moderated by Claire Domergue<\/b>, will also punctuate the morning. <b>Areas dedicated to champagne and caviar tasting<\/b> and<b> immersive experiences<\/b> will add spice to the event.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Many prestigious brands, establishments, artisans, and start-ups will be present<\/b> in the audience and on stage, including the <b>LVMH Group, Louis Vuitton, Orient Express Sailing Yachts, ISG Luxury Program, Valtech, Gemmyo, Rova Caviar<\/b>, and <b>Ateliers Berger<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>An informed look at the state of global luxury<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A highlight not to be missed, <strong>LUXperience(s) will open <\/strong>with an<strong> opening speech by Claire Domergue<\/strong>, <strong>founder and<\/strong> <strong>publishing director of LUXUS PLUS<\/strong> at <strong>9:00 a.m<\/strong>. She will discuss the choice of <strong>theme for this first edition<\/strong>, <strong><em>\u201cExceptional experiences that redefine luxury,\u201d<\/em><\/strong> as well as the major challenges associated with this experiential aspect, which is increasingly leading to the development of specialized divisions within established luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Another highlight will undoubtedly be the<strong> presentation by R\u00e9my Oudghiri, sociologist and CEO of Sociovision (Ifop Group)<\/strong>, of the <strong>first study conducted jointly by Ifop Group and LUXUS PLUS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This <b>exclusive work<\/b> was <b>conducted last June<\/b> with a <b>representative panel of luxury customers comprising 4,500 people across Europe<\/b> <b>(France, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany), the United States, and Asia (China and Japan).<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The study proposes a <b>new customer segmentation<\/b>, moving away from socio-demographic criteria alone to establish five profiles. Among them, we note the presence of <b>hedonists<\/b> (<b>23% of the customers surveyed<\/b>). <b>The majority in the various luxury markets analyzed<\/b>, these <b>individuals aged 55 and over<\/b> perceive <b>luxury<\/b> as \u201c<b>an occasional reward, a boost to self-confidence<\/b>.\u201d To attract them, luxury players must offer <b>experiences likely to provide immediate pleasure and comfort<\/b>. These considerations lead them to prefer travel and gastronomic experiences.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that<b> creatives<\/b>, another customer segment identified and <b>the most receptive to experiences<\/b>, are<b> in the majority in Anglo-Saxon countries<\/b>. These under-35s see <b>luxury as \u201ca source of daily inspiration\u201d<\/b>, while the destination is already an experience in itself.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The study will also develop other profiles with specific expectations<\/b> of this luxury clientele, as well as <b>the three major challenges facing the global luxury industry.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Two round tables and two keynotes<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How are luxury players addressing the issue of customer experience? Two round tables<\/strong> will attempt to shed light on <b>the growing importance of the discipline in the sector<\/b>, particularly the <b>dichotomy between the retail experience and the strategic development of the customer experience<\/b>, between <b>scarcity and omniscience of touchpoints<\/b>, and between <b>technology and human relations<\/b>.
