The scenography<\/b> for these same displays, which will be on view until December 8, was entrusted to Eduardo Sarabia<\/b>, an artist specializing in ceramics as well as oil and acrylic paintings, born in Los Angeles and representative of the Mexican creative scene.<\/strong> Drawing inspiration from the figures and forms of pre-Hispanic codices<\/strong>, he has incorporated elements from traditional Mexican folklore<\/strong>, from horses<\/strong> to snakes and jaguars<\/strong>, represented here in three dimensions.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Upon entering, visitors are greeted by warm tones<\/b> inspired the sunset and the intense orange color of marigolds.<\/strong> The interior<\/b>, which showcases the play of light, shimmering colors, and geometric shapes<\/b>, provides an exceptional setting for the brand’s various crafts<\/b> (from equestrian items to watches and jewelry, as well as silk, perfumes, and ready-to-wear clothing), while paying tribute to local culture and expertise. Exclusivity being the order of the day, the boutique invites visitors to step into a private lounge with walls covered in copper-colored sisal.<\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Designed by the Parisian architecture firm RDAI<\/b>, the interior decoration combines bright colors, organic textures, and nods to Mexican heritage<\/b>. Cultural tributes to the host country abound, with cactus motifs<\/b>, corn leaves crafted into straw marquetry on a console table<\/b>, bright colors such as yellow and fuchsia used in a rug, and late 19th-century Mexican spurs<\/b> made of damascened iron and leather embroidered with floral motifs. On the walls, a series of images by Mexican photographer Pablo L\u00f3pez Luz<\/b> captures the simplicity of the street facades of Oaxaca, alongside colorful cars by French artist D. M. Duchesne. Finally, the furniture handmade by local artisans<\/b> showcases the region’s expertise in everything from weaving to carpentry.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This reopening reflects the dynamism of the Americas region for Herm\u00e8s<\/b>, which includes North America and Latin America. Herm\u00e8s has six stores in Mexico.
