The Indian subsidiary of the world’s leading beauty company has appointed a new managing director, Jacques Lebel, to replace Aseem Kaushik, who has been promoted to the newly created position of president. This move will help the company achieve its ambitious goals: L’Or\u00e9al CEO Nicolas Hieronimus has announced that the company will at least double its business over the next two years.<\/h4>\n

L’Or\u00e9al India<\/b> is changing its governance structure to adapt to its new ambitions.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

While the CEO of the world’s leading beauty company, Nicolas Hieronimus<\/b>, announced last June that this subsidiary, which opened in 1994, intends to more than double its business over the next two years, it is also doubling its management team.<\/p>\n

Aseem Kaushik promoted to President<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

L’Or\u00e9al India<\/b> has appointed Jacques Lebel as CEO<\/b>, effective October 1, 2025. He will replace Aseem Kaushik, who will be promoted to the newly created position of President. In this role, he will be responsible for strengthening the company’s reputation in India, leading public affairs, deepening stakeholder engagement, and promoting social responsibility initiatives.<\/p>\n
