The Roberto Cavalli fashion house, which is currently undergoing restructuring, has announced that it is exploring \u201cstrategic partnerships\u201d<\/b> as part of its growth options<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The announcement sought to calm persistent rumors about the search for a potential buyer<\/b>, but also to bounce back from its owner’s desire, revealed by Italian media, to part ways with the brand and even open it up to outside investors.<\/b><\/p>\n

The news comes as the iconic and sexy Roberto Cavalli x SKIMS<\/b> capsule collection is set to hit stores on June 27<\/b>.<\/p>\n
