According to the latest quarterly survey conducted by department store group Saks Global, US luxury consumers are increasingly concerned about the economic climate. More of them are considering cutting back on luxury purchases, although half still intend to spend as much or more in this area.<\/h4>\n

According to the latest edition of the Saks Global Luxury Pulse<\/b>, the current economic climate is not reassuring American luxury consumers and is doing little to encourage them to spend…<\/p>\n

The quarterly online survey conducted by the American department store group Saks<\/b> enables it to better understand its customers and how their feelings about the economy, and therefore their purchases, spending and fashion<\/b>, are changing. It was recently renamed \u201cSaks Luxury Pulse\u201d (instead of \u201cSaks Luxury Pulse\u201d) following the expansion of its scope after the acquisition at the end of 2024 of Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman by the group that became Saks Global.<\/p>\n

The latest edition is based on a questionnaire submitted between April 24 and 28, 2025, to 1,248 luxury consumers aged 18 and over residing in the United States.<\/p>\n
