According to trade publication WWD, the American beauty group, faced with a slowing market, is considering splitting its luxury and consumer divisions and selling them to different buyers. Interparfums is reportedly interested in its prestige fragrances…<\/h4>\n

Coty<\/b> is reportedly no longer just looking to sell its beauty products, but its entire business.<\/p>\n

According to information published by WWD on June 16, which the American group declined to comment on, Coty has put its luxury and consumer divisions up for sale. To this end, it would be forced to split the two businesses in two, as a single sale to a single buyer would likely violate US antitrust rules.<\/p>\n
