Swiss watchmaker Jacob & Co has teamed up with Emirati developer Ohan Development to launch an ambitious luxury residential complex in Al Jurf, on the coast halfway between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The project, which is set to open in the first half of 2028, promises several major firsts.<\/h4>\n

It will be hard to miss the signature of the Swiss luxury watch and jewelry maker in the future \u201cJacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Upon arrival at this future luxury residential complex, located on the seafront in Al Jurf, between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, residents will be welcomed into a grand entrance hall decorated with a giant ceiling clock (10 meters wide!) designed by Jacob & Co. It is the largest of its kind in the world, giving a glimpse of the ambitions of the two partners behind the project.<\/p>\n

The signature of Jacob & Co’s partner, the Ohana Development group, will also be very recognizable in this ultra-refined new project. This local real estate developer, renowned for its luxury properties<\/b>, has already made a name for itself with developments such as Ohana by the Sea,<\/b> already located in Al Jurf, and ELIE SAAB Waterfront by Ohana<\/b> on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, as well as high-end residences in Lebanon<\/b>.<\/p>\n
