On May 1, Charles Delapalme became the new CEO and president of Hennessy, the iconic cognac house owned by the LVMH group. Succeeding Laurent Boillot, he is tasked with tackling the many challenges facing spirits in the Trump II era.<\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

To boost sales at Hennessy<\/b>, the world’s leading luxury goods company has called on one of its most trusted internal talents<\/b>. Delapalme has 20 years of experience in the luxury sector<\/b> and has the advantage of having worked at three of the group’s most iconic brands.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In addition, he is a member of the Mo\u00ebt Hennessy Executive Committee, proving his strategic importance within the group.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

His appointment was announced by the group last November.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Since the departure of Laurent Boillot, who had been at the helm of Hennessy for five years, Jean Jacques Guiony, the new CEO of the LVMH group’s wine and spirits division, had been acting as interim CEO.<\/p>\n
