For four days starting on May 8, the Grand Palais in Paris will be transformed into a veritable temple of gastronomy to host the 10th edition of the Taste of Paris festival. This unmissable event, which attracts more than 30,000 enthusiasts every year, promises an exceptional culinary experience, punctuated by the creativity of Michelin-starred chefs and emerging talents, the discovery of exceptional products and a unique festive atmosphere. Created in 2015<\/b>, Taste of Paris<\/b> is part of a series of international food festivals initiated by the IMG group<\/b>, which is also behind Taste of London and Taste of Sydney. Since its first edition under the glass roof of the Grand Palais, the Parisian event has found its audience: lovers of haute cuisine, those curious about new flavors, and culinary enthusiasts.<\/p>\n

The aim of the event is to democratize access to gastronomy<\/b> by allowing everyone to discover dishes by renowned chefs at affordable prices, in a festive and immersive format<\/b>. Driven by values of sharing, transmission, and celebration of taste, Taste of Paris also aims to promote French artisans, producers, and culinary schools.<\/b><\/p>\n

The festival, which takes place this year from May 8 to 11, features an eclectic program<\/b> combining Michelin-starred chefs, young talent, participatory workshops, and masterclasses. An anniversary festival dedicated to excellence<\/h2>\n

For this 10th anniversary edition<\/b>, Taste of Paris is pulling out all the stops. Nearly 50 chefs will be taking over the nave of the Grand Palais<\/b>. Fans of the M6 reality TV show Top Chef will also be delighted by the presence of around 15 former and current contestants, who will be sharing their passion and expertise, as well as jury member St\u00e9phanie Le Quellec, accompanied by Pierre Chirac and Jorick Dorignac (La Sc\u00e8ne).<\/p>\n
