Richemont has announced several important changes to its Senior Executive Committee (SEC) and Board of Directors. These adjustments, which take effect immediately, are designed to strengthen the Group’s management while continuing to pursue its strategy of continuous growth and innovation.<\/h4>\n

As part of this reorganization, three leading figures from the world of luxury have been appointed to Richemont’s Senior Executive Committee<\/strong> : Catherine R\u00e9nier<\/strong>, currently CEO of Van Cleef & Arpels<\/strong>, Louis Ferla<\/strong>, CEO of Cartier<\/strong>, and Marie-Aude Stocker<\/strong>, Richemont<\/strong>‘s Director of Human Resources (CPO). These new responsibilities salute impressive career paths and recognized expertise in the world of luxury and watchmaking.<\/p>\n

Three names with impressive track records<\/h2>\n

Catherine R\u00e9nier<\/strong>, a graduate of Boston College and holder of an MBA, joins Richemont’s Senior Executive Committee after a career spanning more than 25 years within the group. She began her career at Cartier in 1999 as Retail Development Director for North America. Her expertise enabled her to rise rapidly through the ranks: after working in Paris and then Hong Kong for Van Cleef & Arpels, she held the position of President for Asia-Pacific for the House for eight years. In 2018, she became CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre, where she successfully developed the Maison’s identity while building a strong management team. Since September 2024, she has been CEO of Van Cleef & Arpels<\/strong>. Her expertise in managing major brands and her international experience in the luxury sector make her a key figure in Richemont’s future.<\/p>\n
