He was previously Executive President<\/strong><\/b> in charge of the company’s integrated planning and end-to-end business operations.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n With 25 years’ experience in prestige beauty<\/strong><\/b>, St\u00e9phane de La Faverie previously<\/strong><\/b> held the position of International President of the Est\u00e9e Lauder brand, having previously worked for the l’Or\u00e9al group.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n He will take up his new position on January 1, 2025<\/strong><\/b>. He will report directly to the company’s Board of Directors. For his part, William P. Lauder will step down from his current role<\/strong><\/b> as Executive Chairman of the company, and will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors<\/strong><\/b>, following the company’s next annual shareholders’ meeting.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n St\u00e9phane de La Faverie joins a climate of managerial reorganization, which has seen the appointment of two new leaders for<\/strong><\/b> The Est\u00e9e Lauder Companies’North America region<\/strong><\/b> in the persons of Tara Simon and Amber English, respectively Regional President and Regional President of Digital and Online Services.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Before handing over the torch, current Group CEO of The Est\u00e9e Lauder Companies, Fabrizio Freda, will support St\u00e9phane de La Faverie over the coming months \u201cto ensure a smooth transition.<\/strong><\/b>\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n William P.
