Entries are open until November 8, 2024<\/strong>, and the winning projects will be announced live at the Awards ceremony, to be held during Paris Packaging Week, January 28-29, 2025<\/strong> at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The competition is open to all, with no registration fee. It is divided into three main categories. The PCD<\/strong> Award is dedicated to beauty packaging, with priority given to striking and surprising customer experiences. The ADF<\/strong> Award targets aerosols and dispensing systems, highlighting the importance of simplicity and efficiency. Finally, the PLD<\/strong> Award recognizes the best packaging for luxury beverages, with authenticity and preservation of product identity at the heart of the criteria.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Each year, the Awards celebrate the excellence, creativity and technological advances that are shaping the future of packaging. They aim to encourage innovation by paying tribute to those players who combine aesthetics and responsibility, while meeting the growing expectations of consumers and professionals alike. By submitting their project, participants benefit not only from increased visibility within the industry, but also from recognition by their peers and influential industry experts.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The packaging sector is facing a number of challenges, particularly in the context of increasingly stringent legislation on sustainability and environmental protection<\/strong>. In response to new market expectations, consumers are demanding packaging that not only enhances the product, but also actively engages with the environment.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Participants will be challenged on their ability to innovate while respecting these constraints, and to stand out with aesthetic and eco-responsible solutions.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Single-material packaging is the next challenge,\u201d says Leopold Werdich, former General Manager of Tubex Packaging<\/strong>, in an official Paris Packaging Week press release. It’s easier to recycle and avoids tax penalties.
