As part of London Packaging Week, Luxus Plus crosses the Channel for the first time to organize a conference on customer experience, with Vacheron Constantin as guest of honour.<\/h4>\n

London Packaging Week, to be held on September 11 and 12, 2024<\/strong><\/b> at Excell London<\/strong><\/b>, is a leading<\/strong><\/b> trade show for the UK packaging industry<\/strong><\/b>, covering a wide range of products, from luxury goods to everyday consumer packaging<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Luxus Plus will be taking part for the first time<\/strong><\/b> on Wednesday, September 11<\/strong><\/b>, from 11:30 to 12:00 pm<\/strong>, in a session entitled \u201cGetting Personal: Embrace Customisation to Create Exceptional CX\u201d<\/strong><\/b>. Claire Domergue, Publishing Director of Luxus Plus<\/strong><\/b>, will welcome Odile Astr\u00e9oud, Vacheron Constantin’s new UK and Ireland Sales Director<\/strong><\/b>, to discuss personalization in the luxury sector.<\/p>\n

The Maison, which broke its watch complication record<\/strong> at Watches & Wonder 2024<\/strong> and has just unveiled its latest M\u00e9tiers d’Art collection<\/strong> in collaboration with the Educational Institute of the Palace Museum in Beijing<\/strong>, is also a champion of the customer experience<\/strong>, notably with its Club 1755.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personalization and customer experience<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

This live session will highlight the importance of customization experiences in the customer journey<\/strong>. Personalization is crucial to forging closer ties with customers, fostering loyalty and enhancing the value of their experience. It also adds a dimension of exclusivity, essential in the luxury sector.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Odile Astr\u00e9oud<\/strong><\/b>, a chemical engineer with an MBA from INSEAD, began her career in management consulting with McKinsey & Company<\/strong><\/b>. With ten years’ experience in the Swiss fashion and luxury goods industry, including six years with the Richemont Group<\/strong><\/b> (Roger Dubuis, Vacheron Constantin), she is now responsible for sales and customer experience in the UK. In this role, she has recently relocated to London.<\/p>\n

In June, the British capital inaugurated their Club 1755<\/strong> – a VIP lounge concept whose name evokes the founding date of the Swiss watchmaker \u2013 located on the fifth floor of a building on Old Bond Street. A private lounge with the feel of an exclusive club<\/strong><\/b>, in a setting worthy of the finest hotels. The 200<\/strong><\/b> square<\/strong><\/b> metre<\/strong><\/b> (2150 square foot) space is as much a showcase for the world of watchmaking and its unique savoir-faire as it is for a holistic experience<\/strong><\/b> featuring art exhibitions (such as one by compatriot Nick Hornby), backgammon sessions and wine and cigar tastings.<\/p>\n
