In detail, Vent Vert delivers a subtle green of mandarin and sensual jasmine; Ivoire, a bewitching night-time tuberose with wild vetiver; Eb\u00e8ne, an eternal ebony wood combined with precious myrrh oil, while Carbone reveals a maximalist musk combined with minimalist rose.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These classics are joined by <b><strong>four<\/strong><\/b> daring <b><strong>new creations<\/strong><\/b> with <b><strong>unusual perfumery ingredients<\/strong><\/b>: <b><strong>\u201cSel d&#8217;Ambre\u201d, \u201cRouge\u201d, \u201cBronze\u201d and \u201cBleu Infini\u201d,<\/strong><\/b> each embodying a different facet of the Balmain spirit. Sel d&#8217;Ambre promises the magical alliance of luminous amber and salty ambergris; Rouge radiates with apricot osmanthus evoking the setting sun over Hollywood; Bronze &#8211; the very expression of Olivier Rousteing&#8217;s resilience following his accident &#8211; ignites with fiery cedar calmed by refreshing patchouli. Finally, Bleu Infini presents a burning cistus absolute with salty lichen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In unveiling this collection, Olivier Rousteing underlines the profound interconnection between fashion and beauty. He asserts that <em>\u201cfashion cannot exist without beauty, and beauty cannot exist without fashion.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To achieve this, <b><strong>Olivier Rousteing<\/strong><\/b> <b><strong>trained in perfumery<\/strong><\/b>. This approach enabled him to play an active role in the entire project, from perfume development to packaging design and the visuals for the advertising campaign.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The packaging takes its cue from the<b><strong> House&#8217;s very first fragrance, Elys\u00e9e 64-83<\/strong><\/b>, released in 1946, in particular the <b><strong>dualism of geometric shapes<\/strong><\/b> (circle and square) <b><strong>and colorimetry<\/strong><\/b> (black and gold), the minimalist, sleek style and the two-sided, angled label. A <b><strong>PB monogram<\/strong><\/b> taken from the labyrinthine motif created in 1970 adorns the cap.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>oIlivier Rousteing&#8217;s ambition is to create fragrances that reflect <b><strong>diversity and inclusivity<\/strong><\/b>, making each fragrance an extension of each individual&#8217;s identity. These creations, priced at <b><strong>300 euros for 50 ml<\/strong><\/b>, are now available on the Balmain website and in selected points of sale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>A new era for Balmain in beauty<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After several years&#8217; absence, following a collaboration with Interparfums between 2011 and 2017,<b><strong> Balmain is once again positioning itself as a major player in luxury perfumery.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This comeback is just the prelude to <b><strong>Balmain&#8217;s wider expansion into the beauty sector<\/strong><\/b>, an adventure made possible by a <b><strong>strategic partnership with Est\u00e9e Lauder.<\/strong><\/b> Indeed, the American giant will manage the House&#8217;s beauty license <b><strong>from the end of 2022<\/strong><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201c <i>Olivier Rousteing is one of the most talented designers of his generation, creating revolutionary concepts that bring together the past, present and future.<\/i> <i>Bringing his vision to life for Balmain Beauty has been an extraordinary adventure<\/i> \u201c reveals <b><strong>Guillaume Jesel<\/strong><\/b>, who heads the new Balmain Beauty entity in his capacity as CEO of Tom Ford and of the Est\u00e9e Lauder Group&#8217;s luxury business development.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Balmain Beauty is about the freedom to <\/em><b><em><strong>assert one&#8217;s identity<\/strong><\/em><\/b><em> and to live it in complete freedom.<\/em> <em>Beauty is about being yourself and having self-confidence.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To help customers get to grips with this new product range, a <b><strong>sensory detector<\/strong><\/b> fragrance has been developed on the Balmain Beauty website. It takes the form of a <b><strong>questionnaire based on the 5 senses <\/strong><\/b>(scent impression, emotion, sensation, color, musicality), enabling web users to <b><strong>find their signature fragrance as well as their mystery fragrance.<\/strong><\/b> For the more indecisive, Balmain Beauty has launched <b><strong>a discovery box<\/strong><\/b> exclusively on its e-commerce site, including all <b><strong>eight fragrances in 1.5 ml format<\/strong><\/b>, for a value of 45 euros.
