Part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World catalogue, Le Nessay is housed in a 19th-century building on the site of a former fortified castle on the Saint-Briac peninsula in Ille-et-Vilaine.<\/strong> With its feet in the water, facing the bay, this hotel in Brittany immerses you in the gentleness of the region. Nestling in the main building, the annexes and the poternes, the 17 rooms are warm and intimate. Le Nessay has also recently inaugurated its private house, with several white-panelled rooms and a large swimming pool. Still in the spirit of a family guest house, the restaurant opens onto the kitchen, orchestrated by Thomas Estrader. Fresh fish is served with the sea as a backdrop. The elegant spa is led by Phytomer products, whose reputation for marine active ingredients and their benefits is well established.
