How can you think you’re on the C\u00f4te d’Azur when you’re in London<\/strong><\/b>?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Even with global warming, the challenge seems close to a backstage feat…<\/p>\n <\/p>\n And yet, the Minuty winery, owned since last year by Lvmh, and the restaurant of the 5-star Rosewood London hotel<\/strong><\/b> have decided to take up the challenge.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Together, they have created Villa Minuty, an activation that began in the English capital on May 4<\/strong><\/b> and will run until September,<\/strong><\/b> from 12pm to 10pm every day.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The concept? A restaurant set on the hotel’<\/strong><\/b> s verdant Edwardian terrace ,<\/strong><\/b> reproducingthe ambience of the C\u00f4te d’Azur<\/strong><\/b> and serving menus enhanced by ros\u00e9s from the Ch\u00e2teau Minuty estate<\/strong><\/b>.<\/p>\n In terms of decoration, everything is in place to immerse Londoners and tourists alike in the warm and unique atmosphere of Provence.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n A“wink” at the Domaine de Minuty, “remarkably well exposed on the verdant hillsides of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle<\/strong><\/b>, overlooked by the azure-blue waters of the Bay of Pampelonne”, the terrace’s generous vegetation and flora<\/strong><\/b> make you forget London’s facades and sidewalks.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Guests are then invited to teleport themselves to the South of France, recreated through a selection of decorative objects and furnishings – ceramics, wicker lamps, rattan furniture and delicate linens – typical of the region.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n To complete the illusion and encourage relaxation, a swing<\/strong><\/b> has been installed, inspired by the one decorating the terrace of the Ch\u00e2teau owned by the Matton-Farnet family,<\/strong><\/b> the historic owners of the Minuty estate.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n \t\tImmersion in the atmosphere of the C\u00f4te d’Azur<\/h2>\n
