Kering further expands and feminizes its governance.<\/strong><\/p>\n The luxury group has just announced the appointment of two new members to its Executive Committee<\/strong>, with immediate operational effect: M\u00e9lanie Flouquet<\/strong>, its Strategy Director, and Armelle Poulou<\/strong>, its Finance Director.<\/strong><\/p>\n With their arrival, the Committee now has 13 members, 46% of whom are women<\/strong>. M\u00e9lanie Flouquet and Armelle Poulou also join the cr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me of the Group’s executives, namely Fran\u00e7ois-Henri Pinault<\/strong>, its CEO, Francesca Bellettini<\/strong>, its Deputy Managing Director in charge of Brand Development and CEO of Yves Saint Laurent, Jean-Marc Duplaix<\/strong>, its Deputy Managing Director in charge of Operations and Finance, Marie-Claire Daveu<\/strong>, Director of Sustainable Development and Institutional Affairs, Gr\u00e9gory Boutt\u00e9<\/strong>, Director of Customer and Digital Affairs, B\u00e9atrice Lazat<\/strong>, Director of Human Resources, C\u00e9dric Charbit<\/strong>, CEO of Balenciaga, Raffaella Cornaggia<\/strong>, CEO of Kering Beaut\u00e9, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Palus<\/strong>, CEO of Gucci, Bartolomeo Rongone<\/strong>, CEO of Bottega Veneta and Roberto Vedovotto<\/strong>, CEO of Kering Eyewear.<\/p>\n A 1997 graduate of Emlyon Business School, M\u00e9lanie Flouquet<\/strong> joined Kering in May 2021<\/strong> as Strategy Director.
