Bernard Arnault’s eldest son hands over the reins of the men’s Maison to Jean-Marc Mansvelt, the current head of Chaumet. Charles Leung, currently Managing Director of Fred, will take over the helm of Chaumet.<\/h4>\n

Lvmh has made a big move<\/strong>. The group has announced the imminent departure of Antoine Arnault<\/strong>, the second child and first son of Bernard Arnault, as CEO of Berluti<\/strong>. And this just a few days after announcing that the Maison would be dressing the men’s French team for the opening ceremonies of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

At 46, Antoine Arnault<\/strong> is thus handing over the operational reins of Berluti, which he has held since 2012. But he retains the presidency of the House, founded in Paris in 1895. Under his leadership, Berluti has transformed its offering from a men’s shoe specialist to a complete men’s wardrobe.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As of January 2024, Berluti’s new CEO<\/strong> will be Jean-Marc Mansvelt<\/strong>, who has held the same position since 2014 at another Lvmh Maison, jeweler Chaumet<\/strong>. He also knows fashion, having previously worked for Louis Vuitton. Jean-Marc Mansvelt will hand over his position at Chaumet to Charles Leung, General Manager since 2018 of another jeweler, Fred<\/strong>. His own successor at Fred will be named at a later date. Charles Leung is likely to be rewarded for the visibility he has given the jeweler through the development of jewelry made from laboratory-created diamonds.<\/p>\n
