Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week is drawing to a close, and the Fashion sphere is just recovering from its emotions. The designers dazzled with their new collections, rocambolies and novelties. Roger Vivier took the opportunity to present its new collection of couture bags, Viv’ Choc Pi\u00e8ce Unique.<\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

Nicknamed the Fragonard of footwear<\/em>, Roger Vivier<\/strong> has been perpetuating French excellence, charm and savoir faire since the early days of his brand. Gherardo Felloni, Artistic Director of the House<\/strong> since 2018, has followed in his footsteps, drawing inspiration from the eponymous designer and from France, to create a brand new collection, not of shoes, but of bags.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Gherardo Felloni pays homage to the Vivier archives by naming the Viv’ Choc Pi\u00e8ce Unique<\/strong><\/em> collection, an evocation of one of the Maison’s most inspiring shoes: the iridescent feathered Choc heel<\/strong> from 1959. There are other nods too, for example to the Virgule shoes<\/strong> created in 1963, or to the costumes of the Paris Opera Ballet. Finally, the Italian designer drew further inspiration from the City of Light to design this collection of handbags.<\/p>\n
