All its customer advisers are already equipped with a dedicated clienteling application that gives them access to the product catalogue and various CRM tools. This will enable them to offer customers <em><strong>&#8220;customised support throughout their purchasing process&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The pandemic had prompted their customers to turn to online shopping. <strong>MCKinsey<\/strong> has predicted that nearly 20% of luxury goods sales will be made online by 2025. <strong>That still leaves more than 80% sold in physical stores&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And luxury players like LVMH still have every interest in welcoming their customers in-store. <em>&#8220;Our shops are the showcase for the excellence of our creations, and <strong>we take great care to ensure that the customer experience, from the moment they enter one of our shops right through to the end of the transaction, is beyond reproach,<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; stresses Franck Le Moal (LVMH).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And the introduction of an innovation like Tap to Pay is perfectly in keeping with this &#8220;seamless&#8221; in-store experience.
