The inauguration of the Louis Vuitton by Yannick All\u00e9no lounge<\/strong> was held yesterday at Hamad airport, in the presence of the Michelin-starred chef. It was attended by around 100 guests, including teams from Louis Vuitton, Hamad International Airport, Qatar Airways and Qatar Duty Free, as well as media and influencers.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A cocktail and petits fours were served, accompanied by exceptional and sometimes unusual dishes such as…chocolate-covered caviar!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Lounge is located on the second level of the Louis Vuitton duplex<\/strong>, which opened last October. The luxurious space is reserved for a select clientele, including Qatar Airways Gold and Platinum Privilege Club members and Louis Vuitton VIPs.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Accessible by invitation only, it features designer furnishings and decor. More than just a restaurant, it’s a place for relaxation and refined pleasures. The menu was created by Yannick All\u00e9no<\/strong>. He proposes dishes that highlight local produce, inviting you to a unique culinary and gustatory escape. This prestigious chef, originally from Hauts-de-Seine, worked for the King of Morocco for 15 years. He has therefore mastered all the codes of oriental cuisine.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n What’s more, as the lounge is located within the airport, he offers 24\/7 service: “we never stop”, adds the Michelin-starred chef.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n “To have a 16-star Michelin chef like Yannick All\u00e9no and the world’s leading luxury brand like Louis Vuitton to trust you and do something of this magnitude says a lot about the team here, what they do and how they operate,<\/em>” says the vice-president of Qatar duty free.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n For his part, Yannick All\u00e9no announced: “We’re in a special place here. When we’re at the airport, I think we need more than just a caf\u00e9 or a bistro.
