Five floors are devoted to workspaces and a cafeteria, while the sixth and top floor features a conference room with panoramic views.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n More than 300 workstations<\/strong>, as well as acoustic phone booths, meeting rooms and collaborative spaces are spread across the floors. Iconic pieces of Italian design have been added to the furnishings.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Common areas include a dedicated canteen, a bar and a huge terrace of over 1,500 square metres<\/strong> overlooking the Duomo and the rooftops of Milan’s business district. The new working environment is due to receive LEED Platinum and WELL Gold environmental certification<\/a> in the near future.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Earlier this year, the Kering Eyewear<\/strong><\/a> optical division also began work on its future headquarters in Padua, which will be operational in 2025<\/strong>. The headquarters will eventually employ 650 people<\/strong> when fully operational. The complex is built on land adjacent to the group’s current offices and has a total surface area of 10,000 square meters.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Kering Group, owner of brands such as Gucci, Yves Saint Lauren, Bottega Veneta and Balenciaga<\/strong>, closed the first quarter of the current year with slight sales growth of 2%<\/strong><\/a>.
