Luxury real estate brand Sotheby’s International Realty has recently expanded its presence in the Middle East with the opening of Oman Sotheby’s International Realty. The brand is continuing its growth in the region with the opening of a third affiliate.

Oman Sotheby’s International Realty is owned by Alfardan Group, a Doha-based conglomerate with a heritage spanning more than 65 years and an ambitious expansion strategy in the region. The international real estate agency offers a portfolio of high-end properties in prime locations in Oman and abroad. The properties range from flats to duplexes, penthouses and villas.

“The Omani market is improving and evolving faster than ever before,” said Faisal Al Shanfari. said Faisal Al Shanfari. “Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. Our company’s alignment with Sotheby’s International Realty not only builds on this commitment, but also provides our agents with a global resource for marketing extraordinary properties in prime locations and key areas in Oman, and the brand’s extensive network allows us to serve our Omani clients seeking luxury and resort properties worldwide.”

The new office therefore joins the existing 1,000 offices located in 75 countries and territories worldwide, including 45 company-owned brokerage offices in key metropolitan and tourist markets.
