Sauvage perfume: despite criticism, Dior refuses to withdraw its advertising with Johnny Depp

On Tuesday, November 24, the airing of an ad for Dior perfume Sauvage during an episode of the Great British Bake Off sparked a wave of controversy in the United Kingdom. The actor appeared on screen playing his guitar after losing a libel suit against the publishers of the British newspaper The Sun for beating his ex-wife, Amber Heard.
November 2, 2020, the beginning of the descent into hell for Johnny Depp, accused by his ex-wife Amber Heard of physically abusing her during their marriage, between 2015 and 2017.
