Emirates Airlines’ first class lounge returns to Dubai

Dubai Airport is once again home to the luxurious Emirates Airlines First Class Lounge since July 5th.

As restrictive health measures imposed on the tourism industry ease and facilitate international travel, the Emirates Airlines First Class Lounge reopened in Concourse B of Dubai International Airport (DXB) on July 5.

The lounge, which opened in July 2020, is reserved for first and business class travelers and eligible members of the Skywards frequent flyer program.

With biosecurity protocols in place, customers can enjoy a full range of premium services located in the Emirates First Class lounge, such as a complimentary facial at Timeless Spa, complimentary services at Shoe Shine by Mr Cobbler, four vintages of champagne to enjoy at the Moët & Chandon bar, special offers at luxury wine and spirits retailer Le Clos, and limited-edition tea blends offered by Dilmah Tea“, the airline said through a statement.

For its reopening, the lounge announces a new menu of more than 55 dishes prepared by Emirates Flight Catering chefs. The new selection of dishes includes vegan and gluten-free menus, as well as many healthy alternatives for special diets.

The new menu, which reflects “the latest culinary trends and customer suggestions,” has been designed to best meet the needs of consumers. Among the lounge‘s signature specialties are Black Angus tenderloin, braised beef ribs, grilled wagyu burger, and a traditional Emirati breakfast.

Finally, the lounge will provide lunch and breakfast preparation 24 hours a day to ensure a wide choice and to suit jetlag travelers. For your enjoyment, ice creams and cocktails are also on the menu.

While many First Class Lounges are reopening around the world, such as the British Airways lounge at Heathrow or the Air France lounge at CDG, Emirates Airlines is not willing to be left behind.

During the pandemic, the airline continued to provide services for its premium customers, with chauffeur-driven cars in 70 cities and Emirates lounges in Dubai, Cairo, New York (JFK), Manchester, Boston, Milan and Los Angeles (LAX).
