Bulgari presents its new products at Geneva Watch Days

The Geneva Watch Days are taking place from August 30 to September 3 in Geneva, Switzerland for their second edition. A 600 square meter pavilion on the lakefront, boutiques and major hotels have been commandeered. It was an opportunity to discover the new Bulgari products, among the 25 brands present at the show.

Among the new products presented, the Octo Roma WorldTimer is an ode to travel. Designed for globetrotters, it allows instant reading of the time in 24 cities and 24 time zones. The dial shows the hours in the middle, while the double disc on the periphery shows the names of the cities. You can therefore read the local time and the time of your country of residence, or any other place in the world. Moreover, the cities were not chosen at random, they represent luxury and indicate the cities where the brand has a hotel or plans to open one.

The 41 mm diameter watch with automatic movement comes in two versions: polished steel with blue dial and metal strap or black sandblasted steel with a textured rubber strap.

The Octo Roma Central Tourbillon Papillon, on the other hand, offers an ingenious alternative. The tourbillon, as the name suggests, is located in the center of the movement and is visible on the side of the dial.

There is no hour hand. Instead, the hours are read on a jumping hour display from 24 hours to 12 hours on the dial.

Finally, the more feminine Divina Mosaica Minute Repeater features a 37mm case set with diamonds. The diamonds on the bezel are baguette-cut with a total of 689 diamonds, plus a cabochon-cut sapphire in the crown.

This sophisticated and refined creation pays homage to Bvlgari’s Roman roots, enhancing the famous fan-shaped motif, the symbol of the collection, with its diamond-set dial.
